Got my tires studed with the recommended studs for the Enduro. They were much smaller than I expected, however they seem to work well. Took 200 studs to do the front and rear. They seem to be holding up well riding on the asphault. I gave it four stars because I think they are a bit over priced. I am considering studing my street bike next year. I do not drive so my motorcycle is my only mode of transportation. But with theses studs, I believe my bike will outperform any vehicle in the snow and ice.

As a self employed logger I can't afford to fall.the last box I got lasted two years, when I got new boots I ordered these only to find out that I only lost two studs.thats with VERY hard use.everything is steel on my skidder an didn't bother either one.the flat carbide does not ruin softer surfaces like other designs. A real MUST have really!

I have installed them in the wholes of a studded tire...this is wrong because the studs "sank" in those wholes. I uninstalled them quite easily and I screw them directly into the rubber. now the studs works fine.
I have lost the carbide side of 5 studs (out of 300)in about 400 km, which is not so bad. they seems to resist well at wear.

I rated the HM11's a five as we've had postive feed back from all our labourers and equipment operators that have them installed in their work boots.
The slip on type come off of work boots easily, get caught in metal grating and are not user friendly for our operators that take them off inside the equipment to operate and put them on to go outside. All creating tripping hazards. The workers do walk with caution on tile flooring in the lunch room/job shack areas.
The only set back we got was the shipment we received had installation tools with no slot on the end to put a screw driver in. I notified MaxiGrip and they are going to replace the defective ones I send back to them.
I would recommend the HM11's to anyone wearing work boots.

We had a lot more snow this winter in England and I still had to train for the half marathon I was running in March.
I purchased a set of studs for running shoes and they really made a great difference on these snowy icy day on the moors. Super easy to install and they don't wear off at all! Recommend them to all my friends!
